Cijene uključuju slijedeće usluge: električnu energiju, toplu i hladnu vodu, hlađenje ili grijanje tamo gdje postoji završno čišćenje po izmjeni gostiju tjedno mijenjanje posteljine boravišna pristojba nije uključena u cijenu jedno parkirno mjesto

Prices include following services: Electricity, hot and cold water Final cleaning after clients departure Change of bed linen once a week Taxes are not included in price One parking place per apartment 1. Booking The booking is to be considered definitively confirmed only after the reception of confirmed form which will be sent by the Owner after having received the deposit. 2. Payment 30 % of the total renting amount has to be paid as deposit to the Owner. The settlement of the rest of payment till the total amount, must be paid at the arrival together with the delivery of the keys. No other payment on the reception shall be accepted other than cash. 3. Cancellation The deposit will not been given back in case of cancellation. No money will be refunded in case of earlier departure. 4. Arrival The arrival must occur on the fixed date between 3 PM and 10 PM. In case of delay the guest must advise in time . Otherwise the apartment shall be kept free only for one more day, after which it may be rented again without deposit refund. On the arrival, personal documents of each guest must be shown for registration. 5. Renting conditions It is forbidden to give hospitality to more persons then confirmed by Owner at the time of booking. All guests are obliged to respect the house regulations with particular attention to the rules concerning the noise especially during the afternoon and night time. 6. Equipment of apartments All the apartments are completely furnished and equipped with electric stoves, set of kitchen ware (pots, dishes, glasses, kitchenware) running cold and warm water, fridge and 220 volt plugs. A blanket and pillow, bed linen are available for each bed. 7. Departure The apartment has to be left free till 10 AM in the morning of the departure date. The apartment must be left clean, free from garbage with the kitchenware washed, the refrigerator empty and the kitchen in perfect order. 8. Caution The guest should take the maximum care of the apartment and of its equipment (kitchenware, refrigerator, mattresses, etc.). Complaints regarding the state of the apartment and its equipment will be accepted only within 24 hours after the arrival. Broken or damaged items must be paid. 9. Liabilities of the Owner No responsibility may be given to the Owner in case of breakage, accidents, losses, thefts and inconveniences in general that should occur in the apartments. However it shall give its help to resolve the problems. |
